The total area of the entire project is approximately 50,000 square meters. The area of the hotel, along with the bazaars, cabana zone, and swimming pool, is approximately 7,500 square meters. This makes it an ideal space for commercial projects, as the bazaar complex is expected to include a Korean spa, the first of its kind, as well as a pharmacy and at least two banks, in addition to bazaars showcasing Egyptian heritage and handicrafts.

REVIVING HISTORIC CAIRO

“A GOVERNMENT-LED TRANSFORMATION INTO AN OPEN-AIR HISTORIC VENUE” As part of its ambitious vision to preserve and revitalize nation-al heritage, the Egyptian government is spearheading a comprehensive development initiative encompassing the Citadel area, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Al-Rifa’i Mosque, and the Sayyida Aisha district. This effort falls within the broader framework of the Historic Cairo Revitalization Project, which aims to transform Cairo into an open-air museum, celebrating its rich Islamic and cultural heritage. Government-Led Redevelopment of the Citadel and Surrounding Areas:The Egyptian government is also overseeing the redevelopment of Salah El-Din Citadel and its surroundings, including the Arab El Yassar area near Sayyida Aisha Square. This project reflects the state's commitment to cultural tourism and sustainable urban planning.
